All patients in Canada who are known to have Fabry disease or who may have Fabry disease based on a positive family history are encouraged to see a family physician for a referral to the appropriate Canadian Fabry Disease Initiative centre.

Please see the list of participating centres to find the CFDI centre closest to you. You do not need to have a centre in your immediate area to take part in the study. Please see a family physician to inquire about a referral.
