PROMISE trial is a large randomised, double-blind and placebo-controlled multi-centre  trial of the effectiveness of progesterone in reducing miscarriage rates in unexplained recurrent miscarriage. The trial is currently recruiting participants.

The PROMISE trial is funded by NIHR-HTA (UK).
