A multi-centre randomised controlled trial to compare three treatments;cervical cerclage, cervical pessary and vaginal progesterone

This trial will evaluate whether a cervical cerclage, cervical pessary or vaginalprogesterone are equally efficacious to prevent spontaneous premature birth forwomen at high-risk of spontaneous preterm birth who develop a short cervix between 14⁺⁰ and 23⁺⁶ weeks’ gestation.
